The Pennsylvania Institute of Technology has several intellectual, recreational facilities and social activities that students can engage in outside of the classroom.

• When students need a bite to eat between classes, both Media and Center City offer a variety of close restaurants and coffee shops.
• At the Media Campus, students can also relax at the P.I.T. Stop Café and the Student Lounge.
• P.I.T. sponsors two honor societies for degree students who excel academically.
• P.I.T. also has several social media and online communities that allow our students to network and communicate off-campus.
