The Innovation Center at the Pennsylvania Institute of Technology, aims to provide a place where students can gather to study, socialize, and to take advantage of college’s student services. Our goal for the Innovation Center is to help students become involved and engaged by providing an opportunity for personal and academic development through innovative services and programs. If you want to get involved, get things done, or just hang out, we`re here for you.

Open Labs
The SRC has moved to the Innovation Center, allowing students access to 18 computers. Also available to our students are a scanner and a printer.

Friendly Personal Help
There’s a lot to be said for the personal touch in a rapidly advancing digital world. You don’t always feel like writing an email to get a question answered. You don’t want to push the button to get to an operator. You just want a friendly face to help you out.

Garrison Lockley is in the Innovation Center daily from 8:30 to 4:30 to do just that. Stop in and say hello.

Recharging Center
Is your iPad battery low? Phone ready to shut down? Laptop running out of power? Maybe you’re in need of some recharging yourself! We’ve got just the space for you to settle in, charge up, and hang out.

Group Study & Study Group Classroom
Sometimes you just work better in a group! We’re happy to provide a group study room that allows you to work together, access the computers, and use a whiteboard to help everyone learn the best way for them.

Prefer to work in the classroom style? We’re all set to provide you with a full classroom setting including a projector and a whiteboard. Take turns giving your study partners lessons and learn from each other.
