If you are experiencing some difficultly using some of the campus’s IT services (webmail, EMS, Student Portal), need assistance remembering your account logins or are looking for advice on how to connect your mobile device and/or laptop to our network then please review the following information.

If you do encounter an I.T. related issue. Please keep the following in mind before submitting a help desk item:

  • Check the F.A.Q. to make sure your request hasn’t been resolved.
  • If you cannot remember your logins, please use the “Retrieve Account Login” page to recover your account info.
  • If you cannot remember your password (for either your student e-mail or student portal), please use the appropriate “Reset Password” pages.
  • Do not ask to have your login username or password sent through e-mail. Electronic communication is, in general, not a secured means to transmits sensitive information.
