PIT does not require an application fee.

PIT does not require SAT/TEAS scores, however; a knowledge and retention assessment of prerequisite courses (Math, Physics, Anatomy, Medical Terminology, English) will be administered to qualifying candidates at no cost.

Please read all instructions carefully and follow directions.

This application must be completed in its entirety; it cannot be edited or modified once it is submitted.

Extenuating circumstances that may require a second submission can be requested by sending an email to the application committee @DMSProgram.edu explaining the nature of the request.

It is important to note that submitting an application to the Diagnostic Medical Sonography Program does not guarantee an interview or a knowledge and retention assessment.
