Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA)
In accordance with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), the Academic Records Office ensures that P.I.T. protects the rights and privacy of students under this act. Students have primary rights to:
- Access to Education Records
- Amendment of Education Records
- Consent to Disclosure of Education Records
- File Complaints to Alleged Violations of FERPA
